What are the lū‘au days and times?
‘Auli‘i Lū‘au performs every Monday and Wednesday.
October - February, check-in begins at 5:00 pm.
March - September, check-in begins at 5:30 pm.
Where will I be seated?
All seating is pre-assigned based on your booking date.
What time should we arrive?
You are welcome to arrive when check in begins.

What does the Ali‘i Seating include?
Pre-assigned seating based on booking date within the first 4 rows fronting the stage on shared round tables.

Tableside appetizers and first to dinner buffet.
Specialty lei greeting.
Open bar, served appetizers and buffet dinner.
What does the Aloha Seating include?
Pre-assigned seating based on booking date on shared banquet tables.
Standard check-in line (far left).
Shell lei greeting.
Open bar, buffet appetizers, and buffet dinner.
What is considered a Lap Child?
Children ages 3 and under are complimentary as long as they are able to sit in someones lap throughout the event. If you would like to ensure your child has a seat, we recommend purchasing a youth ticket. Strollers are not allowed at your table but may be parked in the designated area.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is a 24-hour notice prior to event with no charges incurred. Within 24-hours of event there is a 50% cancellation charge. A "No-Show" will result in a 100% cancellation charge.
What if we are celebrating a special occasion?
We enjoy sharing celebrations with our guests, please let us know of your special occasion in advance!
Can we sit with friends from another reservation?
To accommodate our pre-assigned seating, it's best if you and your friends are booked under the same reservation. You may also reference each others names in the “attending with” section of our online booking process.
Is the lū‘au wheelchair accessible?
Yes, please let us know of your special needs so we may better assist you.
Should I bring cash/credit card with me?
Yes, we do have many makana (gifts) for purchase from our Polynesian vendors featuring fresh flower leis and haku (crowns), lū‘au photos, authentic arts & crafts, and lū‘au souvenirs for sale.
What happens if it rains?
If inclement weather is forecasted, the lū‘au will continue but the location will change to the Sheraton Ballroom, which is an indoor location. All guests will be advised of any location changes via email/text.
Where should I park?
Sheraton Kaua‘i resort event parking or complimentary valet.

How do you get to the lū‘au?
Arrive at Sheraton Kaua‘i Resort on Po‘ipū Beach. Park your car at the event parking or with complimentary valet. Our greeters will be there to direct you to the lū‘au!
